In August of 2022, the University of Mobile announced the addition of Jordan Sinclair to the women's soccer coaching staff, joining as assistant coach under Head Coach Brian Person.
Prior to Position at University of MobileÂ
From 2015-2019, Sinclair was a member of the University of Mobile Men's Soccer team where he played as a left-sided defender. During his first year with the Rams, he was selected to the SSAC All-Freshman team, while also being named the 2015 SSAC Freshman of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year. He would later be named as an NAIA All-American Honorable Mention following the 2015 season. Sinclair would have two SSAC First-Team All Conference selections to his name before he graduated in 2019.
Following his time as player for the Rams, he would transition into a graduate assistant role for men's soccer where he helped coach the Rams from 2019-2022. During this time, Mobile's men's soccer team had an overall record of 45-11-3 while making the NAIA postseason in all three seasons, including a trip to the 2021 NAIA National Championship match where Mobile fell 0-2.
About Him
Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Sinclair moved to the United States in 2015 to Mobile where he pursued an Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Following his completion of the undergrad program in 2019, he became a graduate assistant for the men's soccer team which would allow him to earn his Master's of Education degree. Outside of the University of Mobile, he spends his time working with the Daphne Rangers Academy and Gulf Coast Rangers in the Daphne, Ala. area. He is also part of the staff at McGill-Toolen's girls soccer program.
