Mobile Sees Every Player Score in Tuesday Evening Blowout Against Southeastern Baptist

Mobile Moves to 3-0 on the Season Following Dominating Victory on Tuesday

MOBILE, Ala. - The University of Mobile Women's Basketball team played their third game of the season on Tuesday, Nov. 3 in Pharr Gymnasium. The Rams battled the Chargers of Southeastern Baptist College on Tuesday and won convincingly, 74-29. All three games of the young season for Mobile have been played at home as the Rams remain undefeated.

On Tuesday, Mobile Head Coach Erika Stuckman played every active player on the 2021-22 roster, with every player scoring at least two points in the blowout win. Due to Mobile's big lead following a 28-6 first quarter, Stuckman saw opportunity to rest several starters on Tuesday and give plenty of minutes to players that were on the bench.

Erica Jones, who currently leads Mobile in the points per game category, got her first start of the season and scored a game-high 14 points in the victory. Jones played 21 minutes, the most of any starter. Miya Kimber came in from off the bench and played 25 minutes in the game, scoring 10 points for the Rams, second most on the team.

In 17 minutes of playing time, freshman Carlee Wyatt scored nine points from off the bench, draining a couple of three-pointers in the game. Both Kimber and Wyatt got into foul trouble late in the game with Kimber eventually fouling out with just under two minutes left to be played.

Mackenzie White, who has started Mobile's first two games of the season, came in from off the bench on Tuesday and led the team in minutes played with 27. White finished with five points and led Mobile in rebounds (10) and assists (4).

With Mobile's record sitting a 3-0 on the season, the Rams will hit the road for the first time this year with a non-conference game against Point University in West Point, Ga. on Wednesday, Nov. 3. Tip-off on Wednesday is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. CT and is expected to be Mobile's toughest competition to date.
