MOBILE, Ala. - The University of Mobile Softball and Women's Tennis programs officially announced changes to schedule for this upcoming weekend due to inclement weather expected in the Mobile, Ala. area on Friday. Originally, UM Softball was scheduled for four conference games at home across Friday and Saturday, Mar. 17-18, with UM Women's Tennis scheduled for one non-conference home match on Friday, Mar. 17. However, the game have been moved as a precaution for player safety.
Friday's originally scheduled softball and women's tennis events have now been moved to Thursday, Mar. 16, with all games beginning at 1:00 p.m. CT. UM Softball is set to host Brewton-Parker College on Thursday for a doubleheader, while UM Women's Tennis will face LSU-Alexandria for only one match. Later in the weekend, UM Softball announced that Saturday's originally scheduled doubleheader versus Middle Georgia State will now be played on Sunday afternoon, Mar. 19 at 1:00 p.m. CT.
