GERALD WALLACE TENNIS CENTER, MOBILE, Ala. - The University of Mobile Men's and Women's Tennis teams opened the home portion of the 2023 schedule on Monday, Mar. 6, hosting non-conference opponent Bethel University (Tenn.) for a doubleheader on both the men's and women's side. In the first match, both Mobile teams came away victorious 6-0, with rain shortening the final singles match.
After allowing courts to dry, the second match of the doubleheader did not begin until the late evening hours with the Rams scoring two wins over Bethel again. On the men's side in the nightcap, Mobile won 7-0, with the women's team at Mobile claiming a 5-2 victory. Both teams are now 3-0 on the young 2023 season.
