MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Riding a five-match winning streak entering Thursday, Sept. 15, the University of Mobile Volleyball team faced off against Faulkner University Thursday night in Montgomery and fell to the Eagles in four sets, handing the Rams their first conference loss of the season. Mobile's record drops to 11-5 overall and 3-1 in SSAC action on the season following the 30-32, 17-25, 25-22, 21-25 loss to Faulkner.
The Rams struggled with consistency on the offensive side, hitting .195 as a team throughout the four sets played. Mobile committed 29 attack errors in 169 attempts, and finished with a total of 62 kills. Faulkner managed a .219 hitting line.

Abby Andrews, Corrina Porch-Maxey, Layton Adams, and Jordan Wood all recorded 11 kills in the defeat, with Wood finishing with a .364 hitting percentage.
