MOBILE EARNS SECOND AT 2021 SSAC COMPETITIVE CHEER CHAMPIONSHIP

MOBILE, Ala. - The University of Mobile Competitive Cheer team hosted the 2021 SSAC Competitive Cheer Conference Championship on Saturday morning, Feb. 20 in Pharr Gymnasium at the University of Mobile. The championship competition consisted of four SSAC Competitive Cheer teams that included Mobile, Point University, Xavier University of Louisiana, and Warner University.

Mobile placed second in both rounds, earning second in the conference championship with a total overall score of 89.15.

Xavier University (La.) earned the 2021 SSAC Championship for the first time in school history in just their second year of sponsoring competitive cheer with a final overall score of 93.06.
