MOUNT VERNON, Ga. - The University of Mobile Women's Basketball team continues to put the NAIA voters on notice following the team's 22nd victory of the season on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 10, defeating Brewton-Parker College (Ga.) 70-61 to advance to 22-4 overall on the year. Mobile has yet to receive votes for entry in the NAIA Women's Basketball Top 25 this year, despite wins over three different teams who have earned votes this season, including a regular season sweep over Brewton-Parker.
Mobile continues to sit in second overall in the current SSAC Women's Basketball standings, a half game back from front runner Loyola University (La.). Mobile has more conference wins than any other SSAC team this season with a 14-3 conference record and has matched the win total of the 2016-17 team at Mobile who finished 22-13 overall.

The Barons recorded a pair of late shots with seconds remaining, but saw Mobile eventually come away with the nine-point win.
