Rams Fall to LSU-A in First Round of the NAIA National Tournament

2024 Season Comes to an End for the University of Mobile Women's Tennis Team

MOBILE TENNIS CENTER | MOBILE, Ala. - The University of Mobile Women's Tennis team saw the 2024 campaign end on Tuesday afternoon, May 14, falling in the first round of the NAIA Women's Tennis National Championship Tournament.

Mobile fell to LSU-Alexandria (La.) 4-0 in the first round, marking the second time during the season the Generals have topped Mobile in shutout fashion. Mobile and LSU-A opened the 2024 season back in early February, with the Rams falling 7-0 to the then ranked No. 7 team in the NAIA.

With the first-round loss on Tuesday, Mobile ends the season with a 14-7 overall record, while finishing ranked No. 24 in the latest NAIA Women's Tennis Top 25 Coaches' Poll.
