MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The University of Mobile Softball team was set to play a road conference doubleheader against Faulkner University on Thursday, Apr. 14, however, the doubleheader has officially been postponed due to heavy rainfall received in the Montgomery, Ala. area the night prior. A makeup date has yet to be decided on if scheduling for both teams will allow.
Mobile is now scheduled to face Talladega College on Friday, Apr. 15 for a 12:00 p.m. CT conference doubleheader in Talladega, Ala. The third-ranked Rams are 35-1 this season, with a 17-1 SSAC record. Mobile has a total of eight games remaining on the regular season before the SSAC Softball Championship Tournament on Apr. 28-30 in Decatur, Ala.
