SAVANNAH, Ga. - The inaugural season has officially come to an end for the University of Mobile Men's Bowling team after the Rams competed in the 2022-23 SSAC Men's Bowling Championship on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 24-25.
In the double elimination tournament, Mobile, led by head coach Dana Evans, opened the tournament with a massive 4-1 win over Blue Mountain Christian on Friday morning, but were later defeated by eventual conference champions SCAD-Savannah that afternoon. The following morning, Mobile was eliminated from the tournament by Stillman College with a 4-3 defeat.

- Mobile def. Blue Mountain 4-0 (165-153, 137-131, 169-156, 214-155).
Round 2
- SCAD Savannah def. Mobile 4-1 (180-146, 199-132, 179-133, 155-208, 268-135).
Round 3
- Stillman defeated Mobile 4-3 (143-174, 99-101, 149-156, 157-151, 145-126, 170-145, 154-105).
On to Season Two
Mobile found success in the team's first-ever conference championship, and will look to build and improve in the second season in program history during the 2023-24 campaign.
