MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The SSAC announced the 14th slate of 2023-24 SSAC Games of the Week, presented by Herff Jones, with the University of Mobile's Women's Basketball game against Brewton-Parker College (Ga.) on Saturday, Jan. 6 earning recognition.
Mobile and Brewton-Parker are set to meet for the first time during the 2023-24 regular season on Saturday afternoon in Pharr Gymnasium, with both teams sitting near the top of the current SSAC Women's Basketball standings. Mobile enters with one more win overall than the Barons, but trails Brewton-Parker in the conference standings with one SSAC defeat.

- Saturday's game is the first of two regular season meetings between the two programs.
- Brewton-Parker is 4-0 in SSAC play and 12-2 overall, while Mobile is 5-1 in the SSAC and 13-2 overall.
- For the Barons, Madison Evans averages 17.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.9 steals per game, while Angel McRae averages 9.9 points, 9.7 rebounds and 2.4 steals.
- For Mobile, senior Erica Jones averages 18.2 points and 7.2 rebounds per game to lead Mobile, while earning three SSAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors this season. Alanna Donaldson sits second on Mobile's squad by averaging 14.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists per contest.
- The Rams have won five of the last seven meetings with Brewton-Parker and leads the all-time series with a 14-6 overall record.
