Box Score MARIETTA, Ga. - The University of Mobile Women's Soccer team cooked up what some would call an upset on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 13, tying with No. 6 Life University (Ga.) 0-0 in north Atlanta. Mobile moves to 6-4-2 overall on the season following the scoreless bout, while seeing the conference record this season move to 4-2-1. The draw for Life is the Running Eagles' first this year as the overall record drop to 10-2-1 this season and 5-1-1 in conference play.

Mobile was only able to get off four shots total against the Running Eagles on Sunday, with three shots coming in the first half. Meanwhile, Life took 16 shots alone in the first half, while adding 14 in the final 45 minutes of the match. However, Mobile managed to hold Life off the scoreboard despite the 30 shots taken as Ebba Elweroth collected eight saves in the process for the Rams. Elweroth's eight saves is the second-most recorded this season for the third-year Ram, giving her 85 in her career at Mobile. She is just two saves away from a new high in a single season.

Mobile continues conference action on the road in the next match on the schedule, coming on Thursday, Oct. 17 in Montgomery, Ala. Mobile is set to meet Faulkner University (Ala.) on Thursday evening, with kickoff set for 5:00 p.m. CT. The Rams are 15-3-1 all-time against the Eagles of Faulkner.
