PRICEVILLE EVENT CENTER | DECATUR, Ala. - The University of Mobile Competitive Cheer team was back on the floor today for what could possibly be the final time this season. The Rams competed in the SSAC Competitive Cheer Championship which started at 8:30am and started with a preliminary round to determine the order of performances for the finals which would occur later on in the afternoon. A total of nine teams were in Decatur for the championship.
In the finals, Mobile would finish 3rd with a score of 89.74 off of another 'hit zero' performance with no deductions having been attached to the team's score. Florida Memorial would claim the SSAC Championship title after receiving a score of 93.91 which was followed closely by UT-Southern who scored a 93.36 on their performance. The overall results for the competition are listed below.
