Rams No. 2 In 2025 SSAC Men's Soccer Coaches' Preseason Poll

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Southern States Athletic Conference men's soccer coaches picked William Carey to claim the regular season title in the 2025 SSAC Men's Soccer Coaches' Preseason Poll.

Each of the top three in the poll advanced to the final site of the 2024 NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship, with the Roadrunners winning it all. The Crusaders have three all-time regular season titles (2016-18), while Mobile has claimed nine. The Roadrunners have won twice in the last five seasons.

Teams start playing regular season matches Thursday, Aug. 21, with the regular season set to conclude on Oct. 26. The top eight teams in the final conference standings will advance to the 2025 SSAC Men's Championship. The first round will take place at campus sites, with higher seeds hosting Oct. 30 – Nov. 1. The four winners will advance to Montgomery, Ala., for the semifinals and finals Nov. 6 and 8.
